Account Deletion

At Zuperior, we respect your privacy and give you full control over your data. If you no longer wish to use our services, you may request permanent deletion of your account and associated data.

What happens when you request deletion?

  • Your Zuperior account will be permanently closed.
  • All personal data (name, email, phone number, KYC documents) will be deleted from our systems.
  • All financial data (transaction history, account balances, trading records) will be deleted, unless retention is required by law or regulatory compliance.

How to request deletion

  • To request deletion of your account, please send an email to:
  • 📧 support@zuperior.com
  • Use your registered email address and include the following details:
  • Full Name
  • Registered Email Address
  • Registered Phone Number / Account ID
  • Subject line: Account Deletion Request

Processing Time

  • Deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once your account and data are permanently deleted.

Important Notes

  • If you have an active balance or open trades, please close them before submitting a deletion request.
  • Certain information may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes (e.g., tax or compliance obligations).
